This is my personal site. In it you will find a complete collection of some the work I have performed over the past 12 years. This includes all my professional project, writings, and blog entries. In addition to this, you will also find links to my favorate places on the web. This site also includes an optional login for friends and family where photos, hobbies and other personal details are shared.
For those of you that don't know me, My name is Greg Corbin. I was born and raised in Massachusetts. I currently live in Carver, Mass. with my lovely wife Dawn. We have three children together named Sarah, Emma, and Aiden. In my professional life, I've been a software engineer since 1996. I'm currently employed by a company called The TriZetto Group. More details on my professional life can be found throughout this site.

(4/4/09) My most recent article on my blog discusses a contract that I failed to get and details what is needed to land some contracts.
(12/19/08) For this months blog entry, I reviewed a puzzle called the "Monty Hall Paradox". This is a puzzle that deals with determining odds on a famous game show. Check out the .Net program I wrote to prove the truth of this puzzle.
What's Up Lately
In my spare time, I've been enjoying my work with video editing. Recently, I've been working on editing all the footage that I've gotten on my tenth anniversary vacation with my wife. I have about 90 minutes of footage that needs to be edited, cut and cropped before a final DVD can be produced. I also need to mix some appropriate sound tracks in to complete the work. Lots of Fun.
I've also spent some time experimenting with podcasts. I've don't quite have the sound right yet, but you can check it out here.
In addition to hobbies, I've been working on putting together a collection of all my professional works over the last 12 years. This work has been the insperation for this site. Once completed, I'll be adding a section for my professional portfolio.
